Music By Women Festival Comes To ‘The W’

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – The Music by Women Festival continues today at Mississippi University for Women.

The international event highlights the contributions of women composers historically as well as the present day and attracts more than 200 performers and scholars from around the world.

The 3-day festival includes concerts, lecture recitals, and other special presentations.

All events are taking place in Poindexter Hall on The W’s campus. It wraps up tomorrow, March 3.
