Paul Manafort gets 47 months despite recommended sentence of 19-24 years

President Trump’s former campaign chairman was sentenced Thursday to 47 months in prison for fraud and tax evasion not related to the Trump campaign. That sentence was well below what prosecutors had recommended. Paula Reid reports.
