Prentiss County deputies arrest man on drug charge

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A man is facing a felony drug charge and several misdemeanor charges after a Friday night arrest.

Charles Kennedy, 54, of Booneville, was charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, along with the following misdemeanors: DUI First, Driving While License Suspended, No Insurance and Expired Tag.

Prentiss County arrested Kennedy in the Hobo Station parking lot, on Hwy 4.

His bond was set at $4,000 for the misdemeanors and $10,000 for the felony charge.
