Record-breaking chill turns deadly in U.S.

Three-quarters of the country is waking up to below-freezing temperatures, as a second winter storm works its way east. A system is dumping snow across parts of Utah and is expected to move into the Midwest and East Coast. DeMarco Morgan reports.
