Safety Talks At Heritage Academy

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Taking a bite out of crime, McGruff the crime fighting dog made a few pit stops at several area schools today, October 26.

Many kids are hitting the streets next Tuesday for trick-or-treating.

Richard Schwartz along with McGruff wanted to talk to kiddos about being safe this Halloween.

This was the first time McGruff got to see students at Heritage Elementary.

After school today the kids got trick or treat bags to pack in all the candy they’ll get Tuesday night.
