Sheriff’s office in search of a suspect accused of damaging vehicles in Lowndes Co.
LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help to find a suspect accused of damaging vehicles.
On March 3, deputies were called to Greentree Apartments for a report of shots fired.
There, they found three vehicles with bullet holes.
After taking statements and reviewing security video, they identified Devin Jermal Rice as the suspect.
The current charges against him are three counts of hurling a Missile. That is a charge that covers willfully shooting a firearm or throwing dangerous objects, such as bricks or stones, at vehicles, buildings, or traffic control devices.
