Silver Alert issued for Hinds County man

HINDS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – The Mississippi Bureau of Investigations has issued a Silver Alert for a Hinds County man.

Atmon Hackett, Jr., 52, of Jackson, was last seen July 26 walking in the 2500 Block of North State Street in Hinds County around 2:43 a.m.

Hackett, Jr. is described as 5’10 and weighing 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Family members said Hackett Jr. suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
