Smithville Man Charged With Pot, Alcohol

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (Press Release) — On 08/21/2014, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department arrested Ammanuel Lee McKnuckle, 29, of Smithville. McKnuckle is charged with Illegal Possession of Beer/Wine in Dry County and Felony Possession of Marijuana with Intent.

The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Hwy 278 East.

McKnuckle is currently being housed at Monroe County Detention Center. Bond has not been set at this time.
