Special counsel team was split on whether Trump obstructed justice

Some of Robert Mueller’s investigators were split on whether President Trump committed a crime. Attorney General William Barr concluded Mr. Trump did not obstruct justice. Democrats say they are not satisfied with that. Paula Reid reports.
