Suspect charged in killing of 7-year-old girl in Texas

Police in Texas have arrested a man suspected of driving the getaway car in the drive-by killing of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes. Eric Black Jr. was captured during a traffic stop for not using his turn signal. Police say he then identified the suspected shooter and called the slaying a mistake. Janet Shamlian reports.
