Teen charged with armed robbery/aggravated assault in Tupelo
TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Tupelo Police made an arrest in a shooting case from earlier this month.
17-year-old Jatavion D. Leach has been charged with one count each of Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault.
The charges stem from a shooting at the West Jackson Street Chevron on March 2.
One person was injured in that incident.
Leach is being charged as an adult in this case.
His bond has been set at $50,000.
