Teens Arrested for Armed Robbery

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Starkville police arrest two teenagers in a weekend armed robbery.

Officers – along with U.S. Marshals – arrested 18-year-old De Lashai Clark, and 19-year old Kenji Taylor, Tuesday.

Investigators say they believe the duo is behind an armed robbery Sunday night at the former B-Quick store on Jackson Street.

Police say one person came inside the store, and another waited outside.

The suspect came in with a bag and took money from the cash register.

The pair will make their first court appearance Wednesday afternoon.
