Terror plot in California thwarted, federal officials say

A terror plot has been disrupted in California and law enforcement operations to investigate it were ongoing Monday morning, federal officials told CBS News.

One person, who was discovered discussing with a confidential informant multiple locations he wanted to bomb, was arrested, according to the officials.
