Three-month investigation leads to two men facing charges in Tupelo

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A three-month-long investigation led to two men facing charges in Tupelo.

Back in April, Tupelo Police responded to the area of North Park Street in reference to a stolen bicycle.

According to the victim, the bike was locked and mounted to their vehicle.

Officers were able to gather surveillance footage of the incident.

On July 20, Cleveland Tucker and Jackie Brunson were identified as suspects.

Brunson was previously arrested on unrelated charges.

Both Tucker and Brunson are being charged with Grand Larceny and given a $5,000 bond each.

This case will be presented to the next Lee County Grand Jury.
