Topsy Turvey Forecast Ahead
TONIGHT: We will have clear skies and calm winds tonight as high pressure settles over the region. Temperatures will drop back into the mid 20s overnight. If you plan on going outside to see the lunar eclipse in the early morning, make sure to grab a heavy jacket and maybe an extra blanket.
WEDNESDAY: We remain mostly sunny and clear, but will warm up significantly, back into the upper 50s. Winds will begin to pick up from the south at 10-20 mph. Overnight lows will be in the low 40s as more clouds begin to build in.
THURSDAY: Clouds will continue to build in through the morning hours before rain moves in for the afternoon and evening. Highs will reach into the low 60s before dropping back as the front pushes through. Clouds will begin to clear through the overnight as lows drop to near freezing.
FRIDAY: As cooler air moves in once again, Friday will feel like winter, no matter what the groundhog says. Skies will remain clear and sunny as highs reach into the mid 40s.
THE WEEKEND: Clouds will build in once again Saturday ahead of another front. With the front, rain showers will be likely Sunday. Highs will remain in the upper 40s, with lows in the 30s.
NEXT WEEK: The cooler air looks to remain in place for the early part of February. However, at least in the near term, we look to keep the sunshine around. Highs will remain in the upper 40s and low 50s while overnight lows stay in the 30s.
