Tropical Depression Rosa expected to drench Southwest

Parts of the southwestern U.S. are bracing for possible flash flooding from Tropical Depression Rosa as it moves in from Mexico. Downpours are expected to move across Arizona all day Tuesday and into Wednesday. Carter Evans reports.
