Trump to visit border amid ongoing government shutdown

President Trump will make his first primetime Oval Office address on Tuesday, and then on Thursday he will travel to the border. It comes as the White House and Democratic leaders appear no closer to resolving the partial government shutdown. Paula Reid reports.
