Trump will attend Summit of the Americas meeting in Peru

President Trump will attend the Summit of the Americas regional meeting of Western Hemisphere leaders in Peru in April, the Associated Press first reported and the White House later confirmed.
The event is scheduled to take place in Peru’s capital city, Lima.
Leaders around Latin America have been watching closely for any indication that Mr. Trump would go to the meeting.
