Two Jailed In Assault Cases

COLUMBUS , MS (WCBI) – Columbus Police wrap up two assault investigations

The first case comes from a car vandalism case mushrooms into a Domestic violence case.  Officers initially responded to investigate a car which had been set on fire  A closer look led them to a Domestic Violence case where 25 year old Khiry Bush is accused of attacking the victim

The second case comes after a Columbus resident reports being sexually assaulted in March.

Detectives say the victim filed the report this week leading to the arrest of 34 year old Patrick Harrison on a sexual battery charge.
