Two people accused of taking things from a vacant house in Tupelo
TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Two people are under arrest, accused of taking things from a vacant house.
Earlier this month, Tupelo Police were called to a house on West Main Street. No one was living there at the time, and the owner had been using it for storage.
The owner reported that several items had been taken from the house.
The investigation led police to identify Reid Raines and Olivia Adams as suspects in the case.
Raines and Adams were arrested on July 15 and charged with one count each of burglary of a commercial building.
Bond was set at $10,000 each; however, the Mississippi Department of Corrections placed a hold on Raines.
