Victim’s statement leads to kidnapping, rape arrest in Oxford

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – Oxford Police make a kidnapping and rape arrest following details given by the victim.

Dustin McGee, 20, of Brandon, was arrested yesterday.

Bond is set at $20,000.
