VIDEO: Family Honors And Celebrates The Life Of D’Shante Nix

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)- It was exactly one week ago when 23-year-old D’Shante Nix tragically lost his life while riding his bike.

On Monday, dozens of family members and friends held a vigil to honor and celebrate his life.

Family members came together to reminisce on the good times and memories they shared with Nix.

The family said Nix’s funeral will be this upcoming Saturday at New Zion United Methodist Church in Starkville beginning at 11 A.M.

The family has also set up a GoFundMe to help with the funeral arrangements.
