Video: Lamar County’s Savannah Sudduth Signs with Jacksonville State Softball

VERNON, Ala. (WCBI) — History was made Wednesday at Lamar County High School in Alabama.

Savannah Sudduth made it official as she will continue her softball career at the D1 level at Jacksonville State.

Vernon head coach Charles Brock says in his 13 years, Sudduth is the first D1 softball signing to come out of Lamar County High School.

Sudduth was towards the top of every stat category for the Lady Bulldogs and also stole 44 bases in 45 tries.
