Video: McCowan’s Monster Night Helps Bulldogs Reach 10-0

WATCH: Mississippi State junior center Teaira McCowan was a force to be reckoned with Wednesday night against #9 Oregon.

McCowan led the way for the #5 Bulldogs, putting up a double-double by halftime on her way to an enormous, 35 point-19 rebounds-five block performance.

The junior becomes the first player since Baylor’s Brittany Griner back in 2013 put up a similar state line of at least 35-15-5.

Head coach Vic Schaefer says “the sky is the limit” for McCowan this upcoming season.
