VIDEO: One Local Mayor Can Save His Re-Election Signs Around Town
HOUSTON, Miss. (WCBI) – Houston Mayor Stacey Parker can save his re-election signs around town.
No one qualified to run against the three term incumbent.
Now, he’s gearing up for a fourth.
Parker says he’s more committed than ever to improving the Chickasaw County town.
“My approach to that is, I feel like I still owe it to the public and to this great city of Houston, that I’ve got to contribute even more at this point, not only to prove them, but to prove to myself, that the position that I’ve ran for is not to be taken lightly.”
Parker says he will focus on street improvements the next four years.
