Video: South Pontotoc Sends Three to Junior College

PONTOTOC, Miss. (WCBI) — Three of the best from South Pontotoc are moving on up.

First was Brook Lilly, the talented senior signed to continue her softball career at Northwest. She hit .378 a season ago for the Lady Cougars.

Mackenzie Denton followed her teammate and she is off to Northeast. Denton crushed it as a junior hitting .478 at the plate.

And Dayton Butler also signed on Tuesday as he put pen to paper on his letter of intent with ICC. Butler was a .337 hitter a season ago to go along with a 2.58 ERA on the mound.
