VP Pence on standby in case tie-breaker in Kavanaugh vote needed

The Senate will hold a procedural vote Friday morning to move forward with the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, paving the way for a final confirmation vote expected early Saturday evening. With the Senate divided 51-49 in the GOP’s favor, Republicans can only afford to lose two votes. Nancy Cordes reports.
