West Point Man Facing Several Charges After Weekend Arrest

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI)- A West Point man is facing a slew of charges after Clay County deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call over the weekend.

Cirjerron Foster, 30, was arrested by Clay County deputies and is being charged with domestic violence – aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, destruction of county property, public profanity, resisting arrest, child endangerment, and simple assault by threats on a law enforcement officer.

Investigators said an altercation broke out when they were trying to arrest Foster.

The West Point man is currently out on bond.

The investigation into this incident is still on-going.
