Why South Carolina is crucial for Democrats

Former Vice President Joe Biden still leads with African-American voters in South Carolina, but his support has fallen 19% in the past few months. While Biden did win among black voters in Nevada, it’s been Bernie Sanders who has been able to form a diverse coalition, winning the most support among Latinos, younger voters and women in Nevada.
