Winter storm bringing snow and ice from Arkansas to Maine

The first big winter storm of the season turned deadly when a tour bus overturned on a slick Mississippi highway. The storm could bring snow, ice and rain from Arkansas to Maine. CBS News correspondent Don Dahler reports.
