BALDWYN, Miss. (WCBI)- Baldwyn residents will be breathing in some fresher air in 30 days. Last night the city board unanimously passed a smoke-free city ordinance. After a year of hard work to bring awareness to the importance of the city going smoke-free by Melissa Nash of the Mississippi Tobacco Free Coalition of Prentiss and Tishomingo Counties the ordinance will take affect June 5th. The Mayor’s Youth Council also contributed to the cause by distributing information to gain support.
