The Church of Jesus Christ of The Latter Day Saints Open House

STARKVILLE, Miss.(WCBI)—The doors of the church are open for the Starkville Latter Day Saints.

This morning The church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints; invited the community to tour the church;

learn a little about the work the church does and enjoy refreshments

Saturday’s open house included special guests like; The Latter day saints state president, Gary Pettus and Starkville Mayor

Parker Wisemen, who delivered a message of community, family and faith.

Mayor Wiseman says, “Which i believe binds us together. Anytime we have a church open in our community it’s a really

exciting occasion. Faith will be at the center of what this church does on a daily basis and it will serve many, many families.”

Construction on the church was complete in early 2015
