LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) A Disney style fundraiser was held in Louisville Saturday afternoon at Lake Tia Khata.

The Winston Medical Center relay for life team hosted the event. The Disney Character Dining Lunch had high schoolers from the area dressed up as different Disney characters including Mickey Mouse, Minny, Cinderella, Snow White and many more. Kids were able to meet the characters, enjoy some lunch and take pictures.

“We’re raising money for the Winston County Relay for life as a whole, as many of you all know the money will go to the American Cancer Society so this is just our part to help out in the fight against cancer,” said Elaine Porter,  Winston Medical Center.

They’re hoping the event will raise over 2 thousand dollars. The event was open to the public.
