Video: Aberdeen Aldermen Adopt E-Cigarette Ban

ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI) — Public e-cigarette use in Aberdeen took a big hit tonight.

Aldermen tonight officially adopted an e-cigarette ban. It was not immediately known what was stipulated in the ordinance.

City officials have been pushing to ban e-cigarettes to coincide with the cigarette ban already in place and the longstanding goals for a healthier living standard within the city.

Aldermen soon will post a notice regarding the ban.

The ordinance will take effect in 30 days.
