Baldwyn Alderman Faces Stalking Charge

9BALDWYN, MS) WCBI -A Baldwyn alderman is free on bond after being arrested on stalking and harassment charges

Ward Four Alderman Ricky Massengill was charged Wednesday with stalking and harassment charges.  Massengill surrendered at the Prentiss County jail and was freed shortly thereafter on a 15 hundred dollar bai. Investigatos say the charges stem from a domestic situation   His court date is set for May 15th
