Law Enforcement Makes Arrests in Itawamba Co. Drug Round-up

ITAWAMBA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Several people have been arrested as part of a drug round-up in Itawamba County.

Their arrests come after secret grand jury indictments.

Derrel Crayton, Amiya Hinton, Carla Sharp, and Connie Walton were all taken into custody March 3 on various drug charges.

Itawamba County investigators say they may still make more arrests.

Fulton police, and the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit also helped with the round-up.
