Monroe County Drug Arrests
MONROE CO., Miss. (PRESS RELEASE) – Toby L Rine
hart, 29, Smithville, was arrested in Smithville, April 9, 2016 for sale of controlled substance.
He is currently in the Monroe County Detention Center awaiting arraignment.
Mario Marquel Marshall, 42, Amory, was arrested, April 6, 2016, for two (2) counts of controlled 
substance .
A bond was set in the amount of $25,000 and he is currently being held in the Monroe County Detention Center.
Johnathan Spratt, 32, Aberdeen, was arrested , April 7, 2016, for Intent to sale and possession of controlled substance.
He has been released on a bond amount of $ 50,000.
