When you meet with the teachers and are discussing issues of either behavior of a student and how to improve and you have shared what makes it worse, such as placement in the room or signaling a child out to read out loud in the room and others do not have to and then you leave and it is like some of the teachers try to push the button. On several occassions more than one student hears remarks out loud of what the teachers say about their family and they they smile at your face. This does not allow for trust. Also a major problem is when the students are eating and are yelled at, the principal is aware of this for several semesters, the students at WOEC receive mental and verbal abuse. Sneak up and listen, it is there.
