Oktibbeha County Candidate Withdraws

(STARKVILLE) WCBI – Oktibbeha County Chancery Clerk Monica Banks will be in office for the next four years.  That after her lone challenger withdrew from the race today.  Michael Womack had qualified to run against Banks as a Republican but is dropping out because of a move out of state.  That leaves no other candidates qualified for the race.  Womack’s withdrawal did come before the ballots are printed so his name will not be listed.
