Video: Repairs Underway at Hamilton Library

HAMILTON, Miss. (WCBI) — A Monroe County library is getting some much-needed repairs.

The facility in Hamilton is getting some work done on it, after District 3 Supervisor Carol Crawford made the request in the board’s meeting last week.

The librarian there recently retired.

“We have a roof repair scheduled, so while we are in here for the roof repair, we wanted to be able to do some floor work, some other general cleanup work, to make the library ready for the new fall season,” Crawford said.

The building used to serve as a health center.
