Tatto Artist Arrested; Accused of Enticement of a Child
BOONEVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)- A Guntown tattoo artist is accused of having inappropriate contact with two teenagers while giving them a tattoo.
Jeremy Walls is charged with two counts of enticement of a child, and two counts of touching a child for lustful purposes.
Booneville Police Chief Michael Ramey says the incident happened while the 30 year old was tattooing two 15-year-old girls. Parents and or guardians of the teens made a complaint with the Booneville Police Department.
Walls’ license has been suspended by the Mississippi Department of Health. State law prohibits tattooing any person under the age of 18.
He faces a formal hearing on the future of his license on December 16th.
Walls is free on a $40,000 bond.
