Tupelo Museum To Feature Geology Exhibit

TUPELO, Miss. (PRESS RELEASE) – The Oren Dunn City Museum will feature a geology exhibit, beginning Monday, March 21, at
the museum, 689 Rutherford Road at Ballard Park in Tupelo.

The exhibit is part of a Geology Fest that will culminate in a Fossil Road Show on Saturday,
April 9.

The road show will allow people to bring their fossils or stones for identification.

Additionally, children will have the opportunity to participate in a “dig.”

The Geology Fest is a partnership between the Northeast Mississippi Gem & Mineralogical Society and the Oren Dunn City Museum.
