Two Mississippi Residents Sought in Pickens Co. Ala. Robbery

PICKENS COUNTY, Ala. (WCBI) — The Pickens County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two Mississippi residents wanted in connection with an armed robbery and assault of an elderly woman.

The robbery took place Friday around Noon at the victim’s home on Reform-Gordo Road in Pickens County. The suspects are identified as Anthony Glenn Poe and Karen Michelle Barker.

Poe is a white male, 5′-11″, 175 pounds, with brown eyes and gray and black hair. His last known address is in Smithville, Miss.

Barker is a white female, 5′-4″ tall,  115 pounds, with green eyes, and brown hair. Her last known address is Oxford, Miss.

The pair were last seen in an older model, silver Mercury Sable with Mississippi plates.
