Video: City of Starkville Undergoing Personnel Changes

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — The city of Starkville is undergoing some personnel changes.

At Tuesday night’s board of aldermen meeting, Kenneth Gordon was fired as the parks and recreation department’s maintenance director, effective immediately.

Taylor Adams also resigned as chief administrative officer for a job in Virginia.

His resignation is effective September 15.

Mayor Parker Wiseman says Adams has worked for the city for about two-and-a-half years.

He served as city clerk before becoming the CAO.
