Video: Pittsboro Citizens to Vote on Alcohol Sales Tuesday

PITTSBORO, Miss. (WCBI) — After a fall filled with special elections, general elections and runoffs, one northeast Mississippi town has one more day of voting.

Some 100 registered voters in Pittsboro will hit the polls Tuesday to decide whether the Calhoun County seat should allow the sale of beer and liquor.

Residents who will be out of town and the elderly can vote absentee from 8 a.m. until noon Saturday at Town Hall.

Polls will be open Tuesday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
