Video: Relay For Life Event Held in Starkville

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Starkville residents want to put a stop to cancer.

Their annual Relay for Life event was held indoors at the Starkville Sportsplex this year due to inclement weather.

Participants took advantage of live music, food, games, and activities for the kids.

They, of course, honored cancer survivors, and those who lost their lives to the disease, with a luminary display later in the night.

Proceeds from the event benefit the American Cancer Society.
