Video: Clinic Hosts Annual Teddy Bear Drive

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Saum Chiropractic Clinic held its annual Teddy Bear Day on Tuesday.

Patients who brought two huggable bears, got free service.

Half of the bears will be donated to Palmer Home For Children.

The other half will go to the Columbus Police Department for officers to use on calls when children are involved.
“Just giving back to the community and finding a way that would be different, and being able to reach out rather than just that one time a year because it’s something that stretches throughout the year that we are able to give,” said Dr. Shana Thomas

This is the 23rd year the clinic has held the event. They expected to collect more than 300 bears.
