Missing Monroe Man Found Safe

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — A Monroe County man missing since November 14 has been located safe in Tallahatchie County in northwest Mississippi.

Monroe authorities say 54-year-old George “Gregory” Mitchell called a friend and said where he was.

His mother had reported him missing after he was last seen headed to a high school football game in Pontotoc County and didn’t return.
