Video: West Point’s B&W Ships Boilers

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI)- Two big loads left West Point Tuesday, and they have a long way to go.

Babcock and Wilcox is delivering the industrial boilers to companies in Trinidad and Thailand.

It was a slow process, with one boiler weighing in at over 250, 000 pounds; the other over 314, 000.

It took workers at B&W about four months to build the boilers and get them ready to ship.

The West Point plant employs around two hundred workers.
