Two people charged in Columbus Sunday shooting

COLUMBUS, MISS. (WCBI)- It was an altercation that began with a social media post, then ended with a shooting.

Two people have been arrested in connection with a Sunday afternoon incident, in Columbus.

Channon Harris Junior, and Dalone Stevenson, face Aggravated Assault charges. The shooting happened on Read Drive, in East Columbus.

Police Chief Fred Shelton said two people got into an argument, when a gun went off.

No one was struck or hurt.
